Cultro integrates with various third-party services like Zoom, Gong, Dialpad, Slack, and HubSpot. When you enable these integrations, we exchange only the necessary data required for the integration to function properly. We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI Training and Model Improvement

By default, your conversation data is used exclusively to provide you with insights and is not used to train our AI models. If you opt-in to our improvement program, anonymized data may be used to improve our algorithms and detection capabilities. You can opt out at any time.

Compliance

We act in the capacity of a data controller and a data processor with regard to the personal data processed through Cultro and the services in terms of the applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
